Pricing depends on project size, scope, and jurisdiction. The amounts shown are starting estimates, with final pricing confirmed after project review.
No. PE stamps are not included by default and, if required by the AHJ, are quoted separately and issued by licensed U.S. Professional Engineers.
Yes. Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions suitable for permit submission. Major scope changes or redesigns may require an additional fee.
